TZLUXE – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and sale items.
• To initiate a return, email us at shoptzluxe@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
